Our Industry-leading management information (MI) has been key in helping our customers reduce costs and operate more efficiently, helping them to understand the profile of their windscreen business.
Our innovative new Template 10 system allows the insurer to personalise their MI to suit individual needs. The split of repairs to replacements can be easily seen, along with call centre performance stats and everything else needed to monitor performance of the book. We have MI relating to all parts of the customer journey, giving comfort that things are being delivered on or even above target.
We have introduced daily customer satisfaction surveys carried out by an independent company, CSI. This information is fed into our monthly client CSI reports, provided to all our insurance customers giving an independent view of customer satisfaction.
