ARQUES Industries AG, which acquired Auto Windscreens late last year, has appointed Peter Fox as Managing Director.
Mr Fox will take over the national automotive glazing company - which helps repair and replace chipped and cracked windscreens - and is looking forward to taking the company forward.
"The opportunities presented to Auto Windscreens, following its acquisition by ARQUES, represent an exciting phase in the company's development," he said.
"Auto Windscreens has a solid foundation for growth and I will be drawing on my experience and track record in improving company performance to maximise customer service and deliver competitive commercial propositions.
"I believe Auto Windscreens now has the right focus to consolidate and enhance its status as a leading UK automotive glazing services provider."
Mr Fox has previously spent 20 years working in the automotive, manufacturing, engineering and food sectors, meaning he will bring a range of skills and experience to his new role.
