We have an on-site, best-in-class training school, the Automotive Glazing Development Centre, which is Glass Qualifications Authority approved and able to offer the Automotive Technician Accreditation Scheme.
This ensures our highly-skilled technicians continue to undergo high-levels of training to keep up-to-date with the rapidly evolving technical environment and maintain our exceptionally high standards.
Safe Contractor approved
Auto Windscreens is the first nationwide automotive glazing services provider to receive accreditation from SAFE contractor, an SSIP (Safe Systems in Procurement) scheme that recognises the very highest standards of health and safety practice amongst UK businesses.
ISO 9001 Accredited
Auto Windscreens is proud to have ISO 9001-2008 accreditation from BSI. The certification is to ensure that all elements of the registration and entire requirements of the management standards are effectively addressed by the organisation's management systems.
The senior management team are committed to ensure constant reviews of CI policy, customer satisfaction, business planning, resource management and objectives and KPI management.
Internal audits are completed annually to assess key activities/processes within Head Office functions and across our Fitting Centre network. All processes throughout the organization are audited for compliance by our trained lead auditor whilst periodically audited externally by a BSI assessor.

Windscreen chip repairs are certified for quality to the BS AU 242A standard and have a guaranteed lifetime cover whilst you still own the vehicle. In the event that a repair fails you will, where applicable, receive a refund on any repair excesses paid when we complete the subsequent windscreen replacement. Glass replacements carry a lifetime workmanship guarantee whilst you still own the vehicle.
