James began his career with Auto Windscreens in 1992 as a Trainee Technician and has been part of the business ever since. Originally from the fishing village of Mallaig in Scotland, he is now based in Falkirk and splits his time between the Chesterfield head office and London. With a strong family background in engineering and craftsmanship, James developed an early interest in mechanics that has shaped his career. His many years of hands on experience across the business give him a deep understanding of both operational delivery and customer needs. Outside of work, James enjoys renovating boats and spending time on or in the water whenever he can. He also values time with his wife, Eleanor, and their three children. At Auto Windscreens, James remains focused on driving innovation and building strong, long term B2B partnerships that support shared success.

Claire joined Auto Windscreens in 2001 as a contact centre agent and has progressed through a wide range of roles, building a strong understanding of the business from the ground up. She is based in Chesterfield, where she lives with her husband and enjoys family life with their two children. As Director of Service Delivery, Claire is responsible for the contact centre, supply chain, resource planning, business validation, and the supporting compliance and training teams. She also oversees Auto Calibrate, ensuring its services are delivered to the same high standards customers expect from Auto Windscreens. Claire is passionate about creating a professional, supportive working environment and is committed to ensuring Auto Windscreens and Auto Calibrate consistently deliver efficient, high quality service with customers at the centre of everything they do.

Sean joined Auto Windscreens in 2005 as a Technician in North London and has progressed through a number of operational and leadership roles, including Regional Technical Trainer, Branch Manager, Area Manager, and Regional Manager. He now serves as Operations Director. In his role, Sean oversees all operational activity across the business, including day‑to‑day field operations and the Technical and Training departments and the Customer Service team. He works closely with teams across the organisation to ensure consistent service delivery, strong operational performance, and a continued focus on safety and quality. Sean lives in East Hertfordshire with his wife and children. Outside of work, he enjoys football, music, and spending time with family and friends. With a strong focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction, Sean is committed to supporting continued growth and high standards across the business.

Shaun began his career with Auto Windscreens in 2003 as a Trainee Technician and has since progressed into a senior leadership role. As Business Development Director, he is responsible for driving growth across the business, leading the sales team, and overseeing key areas including the vehicle fleet, facilities, health and safety, quality, and environmental initiatives. Originally from Leicester, Shaun is now based in Chesterfield, where he lives with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a keen interest in motorsport. Shaun brings a practical, approachable style to leadership and is focused on building strong relationships, supporting sustainable growth, and helping move the business forward.

Stephen joined Auto Windscreens in 2013 as a Management Accountant and has progressed to Finance Director. He brings a broad financial skill set developed through previous roles as a Commercial Accountant and Financial Controller. Originally from Derby, Stephen has lived in Sheffield for over a decade with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys running, playing football, and following a wide range of sports. As a member of the senior leadership team, Stephen plays a key role in shaping strategic direction and supporting business growth, while maintaining a strong focus on financial control and long-term sustainability.
