1. This prize draw is run by the Markerstudy Group of Companies (“Markerstudy”, “we” or “our” or “us”).
2. This prize draw is open to all Markerstudy employees, save for those employed by Auto Windscreens Services Limited. For the avoidance of doubt, employees of Auto Windscreens Services Limited may complete the survey, however, they will not be entered into the prize draw. Only one entry per eligible employee is permitted.
3. These terms and conditions apply to the prize draw to win:
One (1) of a possible three (3) £20 One4All e-voucher the “Prize(s)”
4. Each Prize is subject to availability, change and substitution at Markerstudy’s sole discretion.
5. To be in with a chance of winning, you must complete one of the following surveys:
a) If the employee has their driving licence:
a. Complete the “driver survey” which is linked in the internal communication which accompanies these terms and conditions.
b) If the employee does not have their driving licence:
a. Complete the “non-driver survey” which is linked in the internal communication which accompanies these terms and conditions.
6. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry. By entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other instructions, these terms and conditions shall prevail where they apply.
7. Entries will open from 09:00am Thursday 3 July 2025 (“Opening Time”) and close at 17:00 Thursday 17 July 2025 (“Closing Time”). If you enter the prize draw, either before the Opening Time or after the Closing Time your entry will not be accepted.
8. There will be three (3) “Winners”. Each Winner shall receive one Prize. Winners will be selected by random number generator after the Closing Time from all eligible entries and announced by 31 July 2025 via the MSGr intranet and/or Group News email.
9. Any personal data collected will only be kept to administer the prize draw and will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Terms found at the bottom of this page.
10. The Prize will be emailed to each Winner at their work email address no later than 14 working days after the Winners are announced.
11. The Prize is awarded conditionally upon the Winner’s acceptance of it. If the Prize is unclaimed within the specified timeframe of the Winner being notified, or if it is declined, a supplementary Winner may be chosen at Markerstudy’s sole discretion. Markerstudy shall not be held responsible for non-delivery of the Prize at the email address provided and no alternative will be provided. It is your responsibility to inform the Markerstudy of any change to your contact details.
12. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-replaceable and no cash alternative is available. There is no entry fee payable to take part in the prize draw.
13. Markerstudy’s decision as to entrants taking part and Winner(s) is final. No correspondence relating to the prize draw will be entered into.
14. The Markerstudy reserves the right, at their discretion, to i) amend these terms and conditions; ii) disqualify any entrants who do not comply with these terms and conditions or has acted fraudulently in any way; iii) suspend, cancel the prize draw, at any time and without providing any prior notice if in its opinion it is deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside its control; and iv) substitute the Prize or any element of the Prize in the event that circumstances beyond its control mean that the Prize cannot be provided to the Winner.
15. Markerstudy does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or otherwise which may result in any entry not being properly logged, not recorded or recognised.
16. Subject to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Markerstudy shall not be liable for any claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages or losses to persons, the Winner, or of property, which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, loss, ownership and/or use of the Prize and/or use.
17. If any of these terms and conditions are found by a competent court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable, that term or condition shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable.
18. The prize draw is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. Use of Personal Data
Your personal information will be collected and processed by us and, where applicable, our service providers and suppliers, for the purposes of administering and fulfilling competitions and prize draws.
3. Storage and Retention of Personal Data
Your personal information will be retained only for the duration of the prize draw and to finalise the Winner, after which time it will be securely destroyed.
4. Consent to Use of Winner’s Personal Data for Promotional Purposes
If you are the Winner, we may wish to post stories or images relating to your win, including your picture or video, in the following:
· Social Media posts (such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram)
· MSG Intranet.
If you are the Winner, you will be contacted separately following the conclusion of the prize draw at which point you will be given more information about the promotional stories we wish to post, and your written consent will be sought.

By entering the prize draw, you acknowledge that any personal information provided by you in connection with the prize draw, will be processed as set out in the Data Protection Terms above and in accordance with our Privacy Notice, which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject.
