Thanks to the success of our Customer Appointment Hub, we’ve released an updated version, to offer customers more choice in how they contact us and allow them to manage all aspects of their appointment.
The new features include the ability to leave notes, track a technician when they are enroute, add or remove windscreen wipers to/from a booking, upload photos of vehicle damage, update contact details, gain updates and download receipts. We also expect it to further decrease response times for customers with simpler queries and ensure more complex issues can be handled quicker by an agent. It’s been very well received, with 811,058 successful log ins during 2023.
