Area Deployment Centre of the Year

Thursday, 3 Feb 2022

Every year, we recognise our most deserving Area Deployment Centre (ADC) in the network. As well as our 70 Service Centres around the country, we have 21 ADCs, each with an office-based team and technicians. This year, the ADC of the Year goes to… Yorkshire South in Chesterfield!

Overseen by Area Manager, Adam Plant, it consistently hit its targets for productivity, met SLAs and provided excellent customer service throughout 2021. The team are: Emma Bahlaj - ADC Supervisor, Cara Jeacock – ADC Administrator, Sarah Thorpe – ADC Administrator, Adam Plant – Area Manager and Dominic Whiteley – ADC Administrator.

On receiving the award Adam commented: "Myself and the Yorkshire South team are honoured to have received this accolade. I personally am extremely proud of all involved and feel lucky to have such a great team. They have worked exceptionally hard throughout the year rising above various challenges. The key has always been to maximise business potential while ensuring we deliver an outstanding customer journey. Long may this continue.”
