Auto Windscreens opens new Area Deployment Centres
Localised knowledge takes centre stage in new centres.
Localised knowledge is taking centre stage in Auto Windscreens new network model. Alongside the Fitting Hub rollout that began back in April, the business has now also launched a number of Area Deployment Centres. The sites are slightly larger than the Fitting Hubs, each with an administration team operating alongside technicians to ensure the best service for local people.
Eight Area Deployment Centres have been opened, with Preston being the latest following the closure of our Preston Regional Deployment Centre. Other locations include: Belfast, Exeter, Leeds, Leicester, Newcastle, Peterborough and Portsmouth.
James MacBeth, Operations Director said: “Our new network structure means that we can operate more efficiently and in the best interests of our customers. By having administration staff at the centres we can better handle any queries, ensuring a great customer service experience for people choosing non-mobile appointments.”
The Area Deployment Centres support the activities of both the technicians UK-wide and the contact centre staff at Chesterfield.
