New Digital Claims Collaboration

Friday, 12 Jan 2024

We have a new digital claims partnership with The AA, which will revolutionise glass claims reporting for AA Insurance customers and members.

As The AA continues to deliver its strategy to fully digitise claims reporting for AA Insurance customers and members, the latest release includes full integration with us for digital glass claims.

Available via The AA’s App or online, customers can seamlessly arrange a glass repair or replacement without the need to contact a call centre. The AA’s electronic notification of loss (eNOL) platform plays a key role in The AA’s ambition to deliver an end-to-end digital claim experience.

Tim Rankin, Managing Director, AA Accident Assist, said: “We’ve seen very positive customer uptake to report claims digitally since we launched this capability last year. This latest integration with Auto Windscreens is a step closer to delivering a full end-to-end digital reporting, whatever the circumstances.

“This forms part of our strategy to delivering maximum convenience and ease-of-use to our customers by offering a market leading digital claims journey. This also underpins our operational plan to support future growth plans.”

Our Business Development Director, Shaun Atton, said: “This is the first time we’ve integrated our technology with a partner’s app. It’s an exciting opportunity for Auto Windscreens to support a ‘digital first’ claims solution and support The AA’s customers.”
