Reflecting on a Shining Year at Auto Windscreens

Wednesday, 18 Dec 2024

As we approach the end of the year, it's a perfect time to reflect on the incredible journey Auto Windscreens has had. This year has been marked by significant achievements and overcoming challenges, all made possible through the unwavering support of our partners.

Celebrating Our Successes

Each of our directors has shared a personal highlight that showcases our growth as a business and a community. Here are their reflections:

Claire Church, Director of Service Delivery

Claire's highlight is our recent reaccreditation with the prestigious ServiceMark for another three years. Achieved just last month, this accomplishment reflects our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards in our industry. It's a testament to the dedication and hard work of our entire team, ensuring we continue to provide unparalleled support to our valued partners.

Shaun Atton, Business Development Director

Shaun celebrates the incredible growth in our partnerships. We've not only strengthened our relationships with existing partners but also welcomed many new ones into our network. Additionally, our commitment to sustainability has truly progressed, reflecting our dedication to responsible business practices. These achievements underscore our ongoing efforts to build a better, more sustainable future together.

Stephen Mallon, Finance Director

Stephen's highlight is the successful introduction of our new finance system. After more than 12 months of building, testing, and training, we finally went live in July. This system, with its full API-driven integration, represents a significant leap forward in terms of efficiencies, productivity, and synergies across the group. Additionally, it brings environmental benefits by allowing us to scan and store all purchase invoices electronically, eliminating the need for paper.

Sean Draycott, Operations Director

Sean is proud of the addition of new Service Centre Manager roles, with 23 managers now onsite at our service centres. This initiative has involved significant training and investment, providing valuable development opportunities for our staff. The presence of these managers has already made a positive impact, enhancing our operations and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service.

James MacBeth, Managing Director

For James, the highlight has been witnessing the exceptional development of our team and the Auto Windscreens family. It's been another remarkable year, and he is proud of how we all work together to achieve our goals.

A Heartfelt Thank You
