We Expand Team with 23 New Service Centre Managers

Friday, 24 May 2024

We are pleased to announce the addition of 23 new Service Centre Managers across various regions, including the South East, South West, Midlands, and North East. This strategic expansion is a significant part of our ongoing efforts to support our technicians and enhance our customer service.

Following successful pilot programmes in Bristol, Tewksbury, and Yeovil, our new Service Centre Managers are now based at key locations: Rochester, Canterbury, Tunbridge Wells (pictured), Exeter, Cornwall, Plymouth, Nuneaton, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Horsham, Lewes, Portsmouth, Sandhurst, Poole, Southampton, Preston, Oldham, and Manchester. Newcastle and Middlesbrough will join this list in July.

This new structure is designed to significantly improve our operational efficiency. Our Service Centre Managers will oversee all jobs from our busiest sites, working closely with existing Supervisors. This approach aims to streamline our processes and ensure we continue to deliver the high standards of service our customers expect, enriched by the advantage of local knowledge.

As part of our growth plan, we have filled many of these roles by promoting existing colleagues, allowing us to create 23 additional positions within the business.

We are confident that this expansion will enhance our capabilities and service quality, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
