We’re sure you’ve heard by now…Auto Windscreens has completed the acquisition of AA AutoWindshields, the AA’s automotive glass business.
AA AutoWindshields’ Preston offices and its 200 staff and technicians have been integrated with Auto Windscreens and includes a ten year partnership arrangement, where the AA will continue to use Auto Windscreens to deliver glass repair and replacement services for AA members; its business-to-business and insurance customers.
Phil Kemp, Auto Windscreens’ Managing Director, said: “Complete integration of AA AutoWindshields into Auto Windscreens is nearing completion. Now, as we progress, we will be working hard to ensure we reinforce our market position and make a real mark on the UK automotive glazing segment of the aftermarket in 2016.”
