Hard work, dedication and a passion for learning have earned Alex Pritchard from Auto Windscreens' Stoke on Trent service centre the title of Apprentice of the Year 2026.

Recognised during this year's Clearly The Best competition, Alex was presented with the award for his outstanding performance throughout his Level 3 Automotive Glazing Technician apprenticeship.

Presented for the fourth consecutive year, the award recognises outstanding achievement within the company's apprenticeship programme and celebrates individuals who demonstrate exceptional commitment to learning, development and their future career.

Alex earned the accolade for his performance throughout his Level 3 Automotive Glazing Technician apprenticeship, consistently demonstrating the dedication, professionalism and positive attitude that helped him stand out among apprentices across the business.

Throughout his apprenticeship, Alex remained ahead with his coursework and paperwork, made full use of the tools and equipment available to him and embraced every opportunity to develop his skills and knowledge. His enthusiasm for learning and commitment to achieving high standards impressed trainers and colleagues alike.
