Auto Windscreens has opened the doors of its new Fitting Hub in Northampton, at Unit 11, Brackmills Trade Park.
The Northampton site is the latest to join the Auto Windscreens network which is comprised of over 40 hubs and allows the customer, based in and around the local area, the choice of having a repair or replacement in the centre or carried out by a technician at a location of their choice. Each hub and the team based there is run and owned by Auto Windscreens, alongside the fleet of mobile technicians, to ensure a consistent high level of quality, service and supply is produced across the whole business and delivered to the customer.
Northampton was identified as an operational ‘hotspot’ and the new site, with a team of five, will now help Auto Windscreens deliver an improved service to local motorists. Bookings can be made on the phone or online and customers are also able to drop into the hub to arrange an appointment.
Rupert Armitage, Auto Windscreens’ Managing Director, commented: “The introduction of hubs like Northampton across the UK, to complement our fleet of mobile technicians, enables us to offer choice to our customers whilst still ensuring the high level of service we pride ourselves on.”
