Auto Windscreens MD named Stand Out 50 winner
We’re proud to announce that James MacBeth, Managing Director of Auto Windscreens, has been recognised as a winner of the prestigious Stand Out 50 Awards, organised by Future of Field Service.
The awards celebrate leaders who drive meaningful change through innovation, authentic leadership, and service excellence. Winners are nominated by their teams, peers, and industry colleagues for the positive impact they’ve made.
Sarah Nicastro, Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Future of Field Service, commented:
“We have a deep appreciation for the work service leaders do, so it’s an honour to conduct the Stand Out 50 leadership awards to give some well-deserved recognition.”
As part of the awards promotion, James appeared on a personalised billboard in Times Square, New York, alongside the 49 other global winners.
James said:
“I started my career at Auto Windscreens as a Trainee Technician in the 90s, and it's been an incredible journey to now be leading the company. I wouldn't be where I am today without the support of the many talented teams I've worked alongside throughout my career here, past and present. This recognition is as much about them as it is about me. I'm truly grateful to be part of such a dedicated organisation, and it was a very special moment to see this achievement celebrated on a billboard in Times Square!"
Congratulations James, a well-deserved recognition of your leadership and dedication.
