Auto Windscreens technicians set out to prove they’re ‘Clearly the Best’
Auto Windscreens technicians from Kent, Norfolk, Oxfordshire, Wales and Wiltshire have made it through challenging regional heats to compete against colleagues from across the country in the company’s annual ‘Clearly the Best’ competition.
Lloyd Cullen from Margate, Chris Boldero from Kings Lynn, Jim Allen from Banbury, Mike Duddridge from Newport and John Beer from Ludgershall will be competing for the title of best technician at the final on Thursday 8 September at Auto Windscreens’ training centre and headquarters in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, where the winner will be presented with a cheque for £3,000. The five finalists will give a presentation on what makes them a worthy winner, as well as undertake a timed and quality assessed windscreen repair, replacement and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration.
James MacBeth, Managing Director of Auto Windscreens said: “We’re really proud of our technicians, and this group of finalists have over 70 years’ experience between them. We look forward to seeing what they can do on the day, as well as crowning the Clearly the Best winner 2022!”.
