‘Clearly the Best’ Grand Final

‘Clearly the Best’ Grand Final

Monday, 6 Jun 2016

Steve Abrahams and Paul Gilbert are selected to compete at Auto Glass Week in the US (5-7 October) at the 'Clearly the Best' Grand Final.

The finalists battled it out in front of industry guests and suppliers to clinch the opportunity to represent Auto Windscreens in the annual Auto Glass Technician Olympics (AGTO) at Auto Glass Week in Texas.

Technicians entered ‘Clearly the Best’ to demonstrate their excellence in vehicle glass repairs and replacements, with finalists determined through a series of heats assessing customer service, industry knowledge and practical expertise.

During the final, the techs were tested on a number of repair skills, customer service AND a tricky exam!

At the end of the day, our two representatives Steve Abrahams and Paul Gilbert, were selected and they will both be jetting off to Texas in October for the competition!

Well done to all five finalists: Andy Bird, Lloyd Cullen, Luke Allies, Steve Abrahams and Paul Gilbert.

Thank you to our sponsors: Pilkington, GQA qualifications, DOW Automotive, Panther Tools and Esprit.
