  • Contact Centre Support Manager of the Year - Matthew Howe
  • Training/Coach Manager of the Year - Dan Lewis

The UK National Contact Centre Awards are the longest running and the most highly respected programme in the UK. The awards are organised by the CCMA, Call Centre Management Association. The CCMA is the longest established association representing the contact centre industry in the UK.

Congratulations to all of the finalist, we can't wait to see you all at Old Billingsgate Ltd - events venue for the awards night on 20 June.
