After 20 years’ experience with Auto Windscreens, James MacBeth is delighted to have taken up the position of Operations Director. He has a passion for service and says he’s committed to ensuring Auto Windscreens’ team continually raise the bar when it comes to customers and excellence.
“I believe a customer should be happy with every aspect of their dealings with Auto Windscreens,” comments James. “While we are already recognised for providing a great service, there is always room for improvement and I will be concentrating my efforts on areas where I know we can operate that little bit better and that little bit smoother.
“I’ve been on the front line, starting out my career as a technician and then moving on to be a fitting centre manager. I understand the challenges that are faced on a day-to-day basis and plan to work with our teams to build on productivity and customer engagement.”
